Young VRA Talents Take Their First Steps in the TAG Festival!
The academy’s young athletes took part in their first-ever Lithuanian TAG Rugby Festival. This was an important milestone in the academy's history, filled with sporting excitement and determination to achieve victories.

On 11 March the first round of the Lithuanian TAG Rugby Festival took place in Vilnius, where the young athletes of the Vilnius Rugby Academy also tried their hand. For the first time participating in this non-contact rugby tournament, our kids were very enthusiastic to take to the field to compete with their peers from all over Lithuania.
Despite their debut performance, the Academy's teams demonstrated excellent team play, determination and fighting spirit. They managed to win most of the matches, proving that the effort they put in during training paid off.
One of the most impressive moments of the tournament was the singing of the Lithuanian national anthem by all the participants to commemorate the Independence Day. This symbolic moment strengthened the sense of community among the young athletes and their support teams.
At the end of the tournament, all participants were awarded with commemorative medals, and the children's smiles and joy were the best proof that the day was full of unforgettable impressions. Vilnius Rugby Academy would like to thank all the parents for their support and help to the young athletes.
This debut for our children's teams was not only a valuable sporting experience, but also an inspiration to achieve new goals. We are looking forward to the next meetings on the court and more victories!
