Following the conclusion of the main season, Vilnius Rugby Academy (VRA) is preparing for the next one by inviting children, youth, and adults to join its regular rugby training sessions. The project "Let's Play Rugby" aims to increase physical activity among the population, provide opportunities for people of all ages to try rugby, and encourage participation in an active sporting community.
Rugby is a sport that develops not only physical endurance, speed, and coordination but also important values such as respect, discipline, responsibility, and teamwork. For this reason, the training sessions are suitable for both beginners and participants with previous sporting experience.
In the children's and youth groups, a strong emphasis is placed on developing movement skills, overall physical fitness, game-based learning, and social skills. Meanwhile, adult training sessions offer an opportunity to stay active, improve physical fitness, and become part of the rugby community.
The project seeks to help more people discover rugby as an inclusive, friendly, and accessible sport for everyone. Regular training sessions contribute to healthy lifestyle habits, strengthen community spirit, and promote an active way of life.
We invite children, youth, and adults to join Vilnius Rugby Academy's training sessions and become part of Lithuania's growing rugby community!
