The Fourth Tag Rugby Tour in Kaunas: The Vilnius Team Returned with Energy, Emotion, and Excellent Results!
On Sunday, the fourth round of tag (non-contact) rugby took place in Kaunas, and the young athletes from the Vilnius Rugby Academy didn’t just participate – they created a real sporting storm!

Even before the matches began, our young athletes from the Vilnius Rugby Academy arrived full of determination, smiles, and – most importantly – a strong crowd of supporters. Such enthusiastic support inspired the VRA kids to strive for their best and overcome their opponents.
On the field, there was no shortage of accurate passes and lightning-fast sprints. Our team showcased not only excellent technique but also team spirit that even professional clubs would envy. It was clear that with each TAG rugby tour, the VRA children are improving and developing their unique style of play.
Emotional support was just as important: parents, friends, and coaches turned into a living grandstand that shook Kaunas every time our team scored.
It was not just a sporting event but a true example of community spirit. Our athletes returned home with great moods, new experiences, and, of course, honorable achievements – and all of us came back with an even greater sense of pride in being part of the Vilnius Rugby Academy!
