A Hard-Fought Battle at Home Against RK „Kuršiai“
On August 29, Vilnius Rugby Academy took on Klaipėda’s RK „Kuršiai“ at our home stadium in Vilnius as part of the Baltic Rugby Championship. The match was full of physical battles, emotion, and determined rugby.

On August 29, Vilnius Rugby Academy returned to our home pitch for another Baltic Rugby Championship match, welcoming RK „Kuršiai“ from Klaipėda to Vilnius.
From the very beginning, the match was filled with physical battles, pace, and emotion. Our team fought hard to create opportunities and made sure the visitors had to work for every point. This time, however, RK „Kuršiai“ came out on top, with the final whistle confirming a 39–17 victory for the visitors.
Linas Bložė was named Vilnius Rugby Academy’s Player of the Match, standing out with his performance and fighting spirit on the pitch.
Although the result did not go our way this time, every match is another opportunity for the team to grow, improve, and prepare for the next challenges in the Baltic Rugby Championship.
